The Fat Burning Furnace System is composed of a 158 page manual on how to shed the fat and gain muscle so that you can look better and increase your resting metabolic rate.
Your increased metabolic rate is the “furnace” discussed by the author. Increasing your RMR will let your body burn hundreds more calories each and every day. You are effectively putting yourself on a diet by that many calories every day with no change in your eating habits.
The manual is well written and detailed but starts out very slowly with a lot of introductory material explaining why the author feels his system works. The meat of the program starts on page 24 and discusses the exercise program and its benefits until you reach page 105 and beyond which discuses nutrition.
The author does not like extremely long workouts and he does not like cardiovascular workouts so he concentrates on weights and completes the exercises in 20 to 25 minutes per day for three days each week.
He focuses mainly on doing a complete body workout with specific exercises. He insists on doing them very slowly in order to maximize the benefits they have and maximizes the benefits on the muscle groups. He has you work the muscle until they tire out thus eliminating multiple sets of each exercise letting you finish in much less time.
The exercises are detailed and pictures are provided to give you direction on what to do. If you go for the upgrade you will get the “Blowtorch” system you will receive over two hours of videos with the author himself showing you how to complete the exercises.
The section on nutrition discusses what you should be eating to maximize the fat loss. He also discusses why he doesn't recommend the fad diets and helps you with ways to watch what you eat. He talks about a lot of the ideas on nutrition and helps you understand why you put lots of weight back on after traditional diets.
You get sample meal plans and he directs you to a site with a lot of recipes to use. You also get planners you can print in order to track your progress and some tools to analyze body fat percentages and other things to help.
The system includes three levels, Deluxe, Ultimate and the BlowTorch upgrade with the videos.
The deluxe package gives you the manual plus three months of an email newsletter coaching you further.
The ultimate package does not cost anymore than the deluxe but you get the manual and two online tools – A Metabolic Rate Calculator and a Body Fat Analyzer. You also receive a progress tracker you can print out and an upgrade to 12 months of the newsletter coaching.
Since the price is the same as the deluxe it makes more sense just to get this one.
The BlowTorch upgrade gives you all of the above items plus an additional 21 page manual with 7 videos in which the author himself does a workout in front of you. This upgrade is for those who are really serious because you must progress through the basic package to start on this one .

Rating!
This is a very solid well thought out exercise program and it requires consistent effort as you need to do the exercise program for 20 to 25 minutes 3 times per week ( can be reduced to 2 times per week later on).
I would rate the program a 4 out of 5 stars.
